Unusual Noise During Movement

The X/Y axis makes unusual noise (squeaking or rubbing) during engraving.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check whether the guide rails and belt need lubrication, and lubricate if necessary (do not do this yourself, as it may cause belt slippage).
2. Check whether the belt is too tight or too loose.
3. Check whether any foreign object is stuck on the guide rail.
4. Clean dust off the guide rails.
5. If the noise persists, contact after-sales support.
