- Check whether overheating protection was triggered (wait for the machine to cool down and try again).
- Check whether the power adapter is overheating or loose.
- Check whether the laser module temperature is too high.
- Make sure the working area is well ventilated.
- If it shuts off frequently, contact after-sales support with your order number and a photo of the laser module's serial number.
