Laser Module Not Emitting

The laser head does not emit light after the machine is powered on, so engraving cannot be performed.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Make sure the laser safety switch is turned on.
2. Check that the laser power setting in the software is correct (not 0).
3. Check whether the laser module cable is loose or disconnected.
4. Clean any dirt on the window lens (do not disassemble the focus lens yourself).
5. If none of the above helps, contact after-sales support with your order number and a photo of the laser module's serial number.
