File Import Failed

The engraving file cannot be imported into the software.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Confirm the file format is supported by the software (SVG/DXF/PNG/JPG/BMP, etc.).
2. Check whether the file is corrupted, and try exporting it again.
3. Check whether the file path or name contains special characters.
4. Try converting to another format and importing again.
5. If it still fails, simplify the design or compress the file and retry.
