Troubleshooting Steps

1. Reduce the engraving speed.
2. Check whether the belt is too tight.
3. Check the motor driver current setting (do not adjust it yourself; if adjustment is needed, contact support first for the default value).
4. Check whether the motor is overheating.
5. If steps are still lost, contact after-sales support.
