Not Engraving

The machine runs but the laser does not emit light, leaving no engraving marks.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check whether the laser safety switch is on.
2. Check whether the laser power parameter is set to 0.
3. Check the laser module cable.
4. Check whether the emergency stop was triggered.
5. If it still does not emit light, contact after-sales support.
