The port selection in the software is abnormal and the machine port cannot be detected.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Unplug and replug the USB cable.
- Check in Device Manager whether the port (COM port) appears.
- Reinstall the CH340 or other serial driver.
- Close other software that may be occupying the port.
- Try a different USB port or computer.
