Jerky / Rough Movement

The X/Y axis moves jerkily and roughly, affecting engraving quality.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Clean the guide rails and re-lubricate (do not do this yourself, as it may cause belt slippage).
2. Check that the belt tension is correct.
3. Check the motor driver parameter settings.
4. Check whether the guide rails are worn or deformed.
5. If it is still jerky, contact after-sales support.
