The engraved pattern is distorted or out of proportion.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check whether the file's own proportions are correct.
2. Check whether the X/Y axis belt tensions are consistent.
3. Check whether the material is firmly fixed.
4. Check whether any foreign object is on the guide rail.
5. Re-import the file and test.
